Usher and Justin Bieber cover Billboard magazine.

Usher already scored a solo cover of Billboard magazine but he has returned the publication’s special Billboard Music Awards edition. This time, however, the singer is joined by his pupil Justin Bieber as they flirt for the cameras.

Bother Usher and Bieber will perform at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards on May 20th. See their full Billboard magazine cover below:
