Did you know that the Spice Girls released only three studio albums throughout their careers?
Before disbanding in 2001, the Spice Girls released only three studio albums – ‘Spice’ (1996), ‘Spiceworld’ (1997) and ‘Forever’ (2000), which were certified 10x platinum, 5x platinum and platinum in the UK, respectively. In the US, ‘Spice’ and ‘Spiceworld’ were certified 7x platinum and 4x platinum, respectively.
The Spice Girls scored a remarkable nine non-consecutive #1 singles on the Official UK Singles chart from their 1996 ‘Wannabe’ debut tune until ‘Holler’/‘Let Love Lead the Way’ in 2000. However, ‘Wannabe’ was the group’s only chart-topping hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

Not exactly true, Trent. “Stop” their 7th single peaked at #2. So they had 6 consecutive. They couldn’t beat Jason Nevins!
