Do you remember our Burning Up feature on R&B singer Chantel? Well, she has been generating serious buzz on the music scene and even caught the attention of Game, who was eager to remix her first buzz single, ‘Sending My Love’.

Soundz is the mastermind producer behind ‘Sending My Love’ and its remix. However, Chantel soothing voice and Game rap delivery took the arrangement to another level. Listen to the record below:

Since introducing Chantel to the site, several R&B fans contacted The Lava Lizard about her music. It’s clear that there is a market for her in this Dance/Pop era and this solid remix by Game should help increase her visibility.    I love this girl. I found her on Twitter via the producer Soundz. I love the 90′s vibe of her music. I grew up in the 90s and miss this music a lot. I also feel she has that Aaliyah groove but she is picking up where Mya left off.

   She has to do original material. She tried to sing the song just like Zhane and it doesnt work because the original is so classic. Hopefully she has her own music and her own sound that will make her stand out. She shouldnt do these song covers and not put her own original flava to them is not a good idea.
