New Song: Trey Songz – ’2 Reasons (Ft. T.I.)’

Trey Songz previously claimed that his new album, ‘Chapter 5′, would showcase his artistic growth. However, judging by his new single, ’2 Reasons’, the hypermasculine cliche is up to his usual misogynistic antics.

Featuring rapper T.I, ’2 Reasons’ is the second official single from Songz’s upcoming ‘Chapter 5′ LP, which will hit stores on August 21st. Other acts expected to contribute to the record include Big Sean, J. Cole, Lil Wayne and Kelly Rowland.

“I only came here for the bitches and the drinks…” – Songz. Yes, he really has grown as an artist; he has transcended into an even bigger sexist, shallow stereotypical R&B singer than he was before. I hope those “bitches” buy his album instead of using it as a coaster for their drinks.

   Trey is honestly one dimensional…….no shade but I still howl thinkin about when he tried to come for r. kelly….I can’t even name 1 song he made that was inspirational or made me get in my feelings…..so to sum this shit up: not impressed!

   As soon as it started, I threw my headphones on my desk and walked out the room.

   Trey needs help. I was rooting for him and this is how he repays me. Like really? He needs someone new around him. I’m three steps beyond disappointed.

   It’s just one song y’all dang… Hopefully he will deliever on his album… I have faith in him… He can do so much better than this… Just listen to I Gotta Make It or Trey Day… Two very good albums he made…
