Dawn Richard has finally released the new video for her latest ‘Armor On’ single, ‘Automatic’. Directed by Michael Johnson, the dance-heavy video depicts the former Diddy-Dirty Money member tumbling and turning in a coat of gold body paint.

Why isn’t Dawn at the top of the Billboard charts right now? This ‘Automatic’ video was incredible! It was tightly choreographed and she made the most of the smallest possible budget like a true pro. I repeat, why isn’t Dawn at the top of the Billboard charts right now?

the video is hot but the song… not so much
Look at the top of the charts these days–it’s all junk for pre-teens with big money behind it. Dawn has potential but she won’t be able to go where her talent could take her without $$$.
The video was great. I’m not too fond of the song, though.

OK If you have listened to Brandy’s last 3 albums, this really bites her singing style. Dunno if people can accept this kind of song with the kind of junk in the charts.
What Brandy song sounds anything like this? I have Human, Afrodisiac & Full Moon…. I’m confused :/
I think her & Dawn have similar tones but their music styles aren’t the same. Especially since NOW, Brandy’s the one putting out music to keep up with the Jones’ (“Put It Down” is something Dawn would sing; not the other way around). Dawn’s sound/vocal style has been the same since she was in the group. I think people just don’t wanna make room for the new & talented for whatever dumb reason. I love both girls but they are not the same.
Dawn is getting it!! I think that she can rival Beyonce with her dancing.

I think the video is good. If I understood half of what she was singing about, I would have like it a lot better. The song really is not that great.
