Usher hit the stage at the ‘Dance Central 3′ launch during the Microsoft Xbox press conference in Los Angeles today. The singer delivered a mostly live rendition of his new single, ‘Scream’, from his ‘Looking 4 Myself’ album, which will be released on June 12th.
An album preview of ‘Looking 4 Myself’ was released yesterday. The record features productions by Danja, Diplo, Salaam Remi, Rico Love and The Neptunes. Watch Usher perform at the ‘Dance Central 3′ launch below:
Usher really delivered with this performance and the best aspect was the fact that he sang live. Too many performers use dancing as an excuse to lip-sync but he has proven that a balance can be struck with the right routine. Yet, most male “singers” out today can’t sing without auto-tune so maybe that’s why they hide behind choreography.
Wonder who he is shading!
funny u wanna shade now that u dont like his fans lol smh
anyway good job usher, first time in a while i’ve actually like one of his performances
Still not liking the song but this was still a decent performance.
chris brown can dance his ass off but he need to learn how to sing and dance at the same time so people can really see how talented he is. He need to call Usher and ask for some pointers
Usher is from a generation in which execs. would make their artists learn all the components of being a great artist at once. Him, Aaliyah, Mya, etc. learned how to sing and dance at the same time. Now a days, all these artists do is lip sync to a backing track or sing completely out of breathe because they haven’t been trained.
Hmmmm the dance moves wasn’t as difficult as and the singer that shade as being thrown on use when they lip sing. With that said he was STILL off key in many parts which helps the point why singers who use more complex dance moves choose to not sing live all the way.
Excuses, off key? Not really……….. ^^^^^^ He did a great job…
