Alexandra Burke performs on 'T4 on the Beach'.

Alexandra Burke is still trying to make her ‘Heartbreak on Hold’ album happen. The struggling singer performed the LP’s second single, ‘Let it Go’, at ‘T4 on the Beach’ with hopes of boosting the nonexistent public interest in the failing project.

‘Heartbreak on Hold’ debuted at #18 on the UK Albums Chart with sales of just 6.7K copies. The record has thus far sold less than 11K units since being released on June 4th. Watch Burke perform on ‘T4 on the Beach’ below:

Let us appreciate the fact that Burke is still working hard to push her music, despite the fact that nobody cares. However, she will take some time in the near future to reevaluate the career and develop an album that people would actually want to buy.

   I can clearly see why this project failed. I don’t have the energy now. I see she hasn’t addressed this submarine that never surfaced project yet…we’ll see what happens…

   I actually don’t knwo how she flopped so hard, I thought she could sell at LEAST 35,000 in the U.K after ALL THAT PROMO!

   I love her new album; I don’t understand why it has performed so badly! I mean, 6,700 copies, it’s like a joke…

   She is so talented! A great singer AND performer. A world class talent.

   Maybe she should have just had her and a piano and done “What Money Can’t Buy” and blown every one away and remind them why they fell in love with her in the first place. Plus she wrote that song too.

   i think she should look at getting with Cheryl or Beyonce’s producers and writers. She’s got what it takes but the world is not ready for a FULL DANCE ALBUM like this one.
