Brandy Debuts ‘Put It Down’ At The Howard Theater

Brandy performs ‘Put It Down’ for the first time at the Howard Theater.

As fans of Brandy wait patiently for the video for her new single, ‘Put It Down’, the singer checked into Howard Theater in Washington DC to deliver her first performance of the record. The special concert was hosted by 93.9 WKYS and it gave the singer the opportunity to showcase her new moves!

Brandy previously shared exclusive footage of her rehearsals for the ‘Put It Down’ video with ‘Access Hollywood’ earlier on this week. Frank Gatson, who is known for his work with Beyonce and Destiny’s Child, choreographed the song’s accompanying hip-shaking routine.

    Why did she put it down so hard?! Best I’ve seen Brandy – ever. Sad to hear the album is pushed back but she has time to perfect this era. Come on B-Rocka!

    Brandy had those dance moves down to a pat. What I like
    about it is her dancing did not looking nasty, it looking
    very good. That song even sound good.

    I didnt like the song at first but now it’s growing on me. Brandy should not wait until oct to release her cd. If she release the video for this song and promote it, her cd will sell. Brandy is putting on damn good shows and she sounds amazing as usual. I never heard Brandy sound bad live since she’s been performing.
