Ciara has a new album called ‘One Woman Army’ coming out? That’s right but it has been so long since she has release the first single from the LP, ‘Sweat (Ft. 2 Chainz)’, without promotion that most of us forgot. At least, until this snippet of a new song, ‘Overdose’, hit the web.
The bubbly ‘Overdose’ channels the Dance-styled sounds of Britney Spears and a younger, more interesting Madonna. Did you honestly expect Ciara’s ‘One Woman Army’ to entail only strip club beats? Really, this is 2012 so get with the programme by listening to the snippet of ‘Overdose’ below:

After Get Up, Love Sex and Magic was Ciara’s last Top 10 hit. No one wants Black Ciara. That much is obvious by Go Girl, Never Ever, Work, Ride, Gimme That, Speechless and Sweat doing, literally, nothing.

Ciara always was a mixture of pop. Look at “1, 2 Step” (even though it was more Urban leaning). And she went full pop in 2009 and got two worldwide pop hits. Had she had a decent label that album would’ve sold more.
And why would she call Jazze? What hot music has he done, outside of past Ciara records? And playing with her money? Ciara will always be paid. Never worry about that. And R.Kelly and Dream. Girl, a mess.
Getting hits is not Ciara’s problem. Marketing/management/promotion was her problem. After that 1st single is released, I’m sure she’ll have L.A and all of Epic behind her.
