Slow album sales and illness aren’t going to prevent R. Kelly from promoting his ‘Write Me Back’ album to the best of his ability. Indeed, the R&B icon has released his new video for the record’s latest single, ‘Feelin’ Single’, and literally steps up to the challenge of salvaging his project.
Channeling Michael Jackson, R Kelly breaks out a few dance moves in the 1940s-themed ‘Feelin’ Single’ video. Will his boogie help ‘Write Me Back’ to surpass its current 93K-unit sales total? Watch the visual below and decide for yourself:
Well, we certainly can’t fault R. Kelly for trying with this ‘Feelin’ Single’, regardless of how incredibly limited was the budget he used. It is so disheartening to see him struggle in such a manner on a personal and professional level but he is Grammy Awards favourite and I’ll put money on the table that he notch will at least one nomination.
I love this video!!!!….the song is so good
When RKelly go on tour, I bet his sales pick up. I attended one of his shows last year and all I have to say is he left me wanting more. I had a excellent time and I’ve never been to a concert before like RKelly. He performed hit after hit and I loved it. I like the song and the video. I’m happy he’s paying tribute to the old school singers and dancers. When these so called R&B singers have a career similiar to RKelly then they can talk but until then, catch up to him, LMAO
@ MzGoodBadGirl i totally agree with you they need to take listen….Yes Mr Kelly
this is def. for the older folks
Why do people always want to make R. Kelly out to be some guy that’s “struggling”? He’s hardly struggling. Sales wise, yea but that should be blamed on the label (RCA) for not promoting the project like it deserves. Oh well. He’s still talented, rich and successful.
Heck all the male R&B singers are struggling with sales. I think Usher had the highest debut so far if I’m not mistaken. I wonder how many trey will sale? According to his delusional angels, I bet they think he’ll go platinum this time around,LMAO
