Rita Ora Announces New Single

Rita Ora visits 96.5 KISS FM.

Rita Ora continued to promote ‘How We Do (Party)’ and ‘R.I.P’ but at least she has something fresh in store. Indeed, between performances of those inescapable songs at 96.5 KISS FM studios, the young star announced that she has finally selected a new single.

Ora will release ‘Radioactive’ as the new single from her upcoming ‘ORA’ debut album within the coming weeks. She is already planning to shoot the Sia-written song’s accompanying video during the next few days and promises that it will premiere before her LP hits stores on August 27th.

Hopefully, we won’t have to endure 9,323,027 performances of ‘Radioactive’ before the end of the year. Watch Ora break the news about her new single and perform for 96.5 KISS FM below:

   Jay is desperate though, he keeps paying magz to put her on the cover constantly and now he has put out like 1 trillion singles by her, I swear everytime she records a new song she performs it live 10 times/makes it a single. Jay-Z needs to scrap this album for her and either drop her or give her a different kind of sound cuz this isn’t working.

   The problem with her is that none of these songs smashed… even though she promoted them to death.

   I think they just need to create a whole new image and sound for her. The music she’s making doesn’t do her voice any justice. Nothing about her stands out from what everybody else is and what everybody else is doing. Now, I do like her songs but at the same time I know one or two years from now I’m barely going to remember them. I’ve even seen people say that they hear her name all the time but they STILL don’t know what she sings or what she even does.

   A trillion singles? She’s only had 2 singles released….how we do andRIP. The other 3 songs she performs: Roc the life, Shine your light are songs from her album. Have never been releasee as singles sso try again. What magazine covers has she been on?? She’s had spreads but have not been on any cover…drop her? Why would he drop an artist who has had 3 #1s (hot right now is DJ fresh song)..she needs a single to break the US tjats all. How we dp peakee at 62 on the billboard 100 chart and I dont see it doing any better sso time to release something else. Stop hating on the damn girl and let her be Trent. She’s a new artist so why wouldnt she be out there performing her songs to get her name out there? If u hhave a problem stop posting her performing for mTVUK and MTVUS–and her many festival appearances. Most artist–NEW artist– dream of tthis kind of backing from a label. Hating ass

   I must be missing something. This girl has 2 number 1 singles in the uk, and her debut single in the us peaked at 61 and trent is complaining that she’s doing too many appearences and another idiot said drop her???? Is this a music blog???? Artists DREAM of this kind of label support and she’s blessed to get it, and people are complaining??? Wow. Yoi know you dont have to see all her events right?? Nobody is forcing you too. Dont see why this poor girl is being hated for just having the courage to follow her dreams.

   @ree why do people presume to speak for others. Funny how u said noone instead of I. Well I care for her and her music. And you care too because u wouldn’t see the title, stop, read it, and take 3 minutes to comments.
   Can someone clue me in too what this girl has done? Is it the rihanna comparisons? Didnt they kiss and showed no tension. Emelie sande, and cher lloyd have had even more appearances, why no shade at them?
