He may not have the best music on the charts but Trey Songz promotes it well enough to make the average person think the opposite might be true. The hype singer visited ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ last evening to perform ‘Heart Attack’ and literally jumped around the stage as though he was singing a #1 song.
‘Heart Attack’ is the lead single from Songz’s upcoming ‘Chapter V’ album, which will be released on August 21st. The fully updated track list for the set was unveiled yesterday and it includes appearances by Meek Mill, T.I, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy.
Watch Songz perform ‘Heart Attack, which has thus far peaked at #42 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #3 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart below:
It was a pretty good performance. He had a lot of energy and the crowd seemed to love it, that’s what’s important. I’m just so over this damn song. The radio has played it to death and I swear I never want to hear it again. ’2 Reasons’ is as basic ass club song & ‘Dive In’ does nothing for me. I’m really not excited about this album at all.
Trey you need to fire your stylist…for real for real
Energy wise: great. Vocally: no; he really needs a coach. But I will give him an B for effort.
His vocals are rusty he’s in dire need of a coach, but the performance was decent.
see? You don’t really need to dance around all the time to entertain a crowd. I likes that performance he seemed to be happy and to be enjoying his song. This is what i as a music lover expect from any artist. oh and he interacted with the crowd.
i am really not here for him! *switches on Little mix Wings*
I thoroughly enjoyed this performance
