Beyonce is taking the spotlight off her letter a day campaign and focusing it on a cause that really matters. The new World Humanitarian Day representative filmed her new video for ‘I Was Here’ at the United Nations General Assembly Hall in New York on yesterday in an effort to make a change.
The live performance ‘I Was Here’ video, which was directed by Kenzo Digital and Sophie Muller, will be released on World Humanitarian Day (August 19th). Watch Beyonce’s special PSA for the World Humanitarian Day campaign and see more images from the ‘I Was Here’ video set below:

I’m convinced she’s doing this for a Grammy for 4. Not to say she doesn’t care about humanity but I think that’s her main purpose.
Sorry, I can’t take anything that this girl do as sincere or serious. It’s all about opportunity, and this child has been doing it for so long, she probably doesn’t know what sincerity is about. Wendy Williams said it best, she’s very “affected” by her career.

“Triumphant” has not been serviced to radio, it is not a generic pop single, urban single grow on the charts. It did very well. Where was “4″ singles with all of that promo??? Anyway, she’s just doing this for self promotion. When she gets behind something it just seems she does it, to make her seem important. You’re trying to be a spokesperso for humanity, but you’re to cheap to do anything with all of that money you have…
Why is it she can’t do something nice and for charity without being questioned? Is it that hard to believe she wants to help? Wow people.

Don’t question my authenticity. I was a fan since 1998. I’m no propaganda bandwagoner. I’ve seen the good, bad, and ugly. I think opportunism is all Beyonce knows.
