New Song: Trey Songz – ‘Hail Mary (Ft. Young Jeezy & Lil’ Wayne)’

As it is the 5th August, Trey Songz has stuck to this word and released the full version of his new song ‘Hail Mary’. The record is the latest single to be lifted from his upcoming album, ‘Chapter V’, which will hit stores on August 21st, and it features rappers Young Jeezy and Lil’ Wayne.

Songz released a picture of him on the set for ‘Hail Mary’ earlier on this week. ’Chapter V’ is set to have appearances from Meek Mill, T.I. and Rick Ross. See the full track list of the album by clicking here. After that, listen to the full version of ‘Hail Mary’ below:

‘Hail Mary’ is very disappointing. It’s questionable of what the lustful singer wants to accomplish with his ‘Chapter V’ project. If all he wants is a bunch a female’s twerking to his records on YouTube, then he is heading in the right direction.

   I would say, “pure trash” but that would only apply to the lyrics. The music is actually good. If he had some direction and real talent we’d have an RnB revival on our hands. Instead it’s just vulgar lyrics that I had to turn off to keep the mind of Christ!

   Trey will never see a platinum album……………i just don’t see it for him. I haven’t liked his music since “Ready” which i personally think was his best album.

   So this is single #5 that has been released before his album drops 8/21, which happens to be my birthday. Happy BDay to me, anyway, back to the topic at hand. Is Trey and his team just throwing singles out waiting to see what sticks? Out of the 5 singles released thus far I have enjoyed “Simply Amazing”. I hope this album doesn’t bomb for him (meaning not beingcause the end result may not be what he would want.

   There is nothing wrong with this song. If trey songz isnt what you like then dont listen to him.
