Chris Brown and Brandy star in their new video for ‘Put it Down’.
We all love Brandy but will she please stop teasing us and release the new ‘Put it Down’ video?! Adding to the images from the set that were shared last week, she has issued another preview of the visual in the form of a video clip but we’re all tired of waiting for the full product.
Once again, Brandy has yet to share a release date of the ‘Put it Down’ video and it is still labelled as “coming soon”. Just watch the preview clip below and decide if it was worth the wait:

In the words of Makael “Who does the thinking in the Norwood household?” She’s acting like she’s about to release a Thriller-esque video. I figured the video would drop sooner when Keyshia Cole’s song charted higher than this in no time. As a fan I’m over this mess.
Keyshia has already released her song and video right soon after. Mariah has released a song, promo photos, and remixes to her song, and has alredy recorded the video to her song. Meanwhile, Brandy took forever releasing her song, and the video is still not out. Now, who really cares. These long breaks do her no service…

It seems like a fun video. It’s Hype Williams, he’s going to add after effects ,you’ve neverrrr seen a cheap video from him even when he works on new artists singles (like Neyo’s “So Sick”)
The song is going up the charts and this will push it all the way because everyone isn’t all about computers and phones and twitters, some need to see a video on tv and a song performed to get into it.
Smart of her team NOW to use these teasers. They should’ve teased the song also, like releasing just the hook

Agree with @Lonny… This video is definitely high anticipated. Maybe her team knows exactly what they are doing.. we will see.
I miss the days when artists would just RELEASE music videos. None of this “teaser”/”video trailer” shit.
After reviewing comments and thinking it over. I think Brandy’s team may be on to something. She has not been out for a while and back in the day singles went for like 6 months and they lived and did well. I think they may be going back to the basics. And as far as the wait for the video, this then brought a buzz making bloggers wonder whats taking so long but everyone are not bloggers and are still old fashion and wait for the video to release. Getting people talking just makes you anticipate it more, Brandy had to get people wanting her music again. I think she’s doing that with this video hiatus. Smart marketing tactic. It seems to be working the trailer already has almost 100,000 views so they are doing something right. The video probably will have 300,000 views in the first day.
