Rihanna Confirms ‘Unapologetic’ Album Release Date

The cover of Rihanna’s new album, ‘Side Effects’.
Rihanna lit media outlets on fire earlier this morning when she unveiled the official album title and cover of her latest studio effort, ‘Unapologetic’. However, she didn’t end there. Moments after sharing the big news, the tattooed superstar confirmed the release date of the set.
On November 19th, almost exactly a year to the day after the November 21st 2011 release of her previous effort, ‘Talk That Talk’, Rihanna will issue ‘Unapologetic’ worldwide. The disc will comprise contributions from Ne-Yo, Sia, Stargate, Benny Blanco and several other major hit-makers from her yearly writing camp.
Other albums that are expected to hit stores on November 19th include Keyshia Cole’s ‘Woman to Woman’ and Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up’. See the album cover of the latter set by click here on the pretty orange link.

hey are these the only people releasing music that week? she should be able to beat them, she may finally get a number 1 album!
this should be interesting AC/DC, Kid Rock Nicki, Keisha and Rihanna… well on the billboard 200 I’m sure AC/DC will be #1 but the R&B album side will be very interesting…. may the best woman win.

I’m interested to hear this album because I really like Diamonds. It’s different for her and I’m hoping she continues to step outside her comfort zone with this album.
I see the cut backs reached camp Rihanna too. I get the impression Rihanna is basically independent now but with distribution, a medium budget and a co sign.
@O_o yep…. she took the promo pic and wrote over it and said…Voila!! this is my new cover… except she forget this has been done before Janet & Lady Gaga & Madonna… but anyhoo. Hopefully, with all her PR stunts (chris brown/karategirl drama, the big Oprah moment and cake/Tutm remixes she can get that #1) Lawd
she’s also not the first artist to pose nude on the cover of her album, not the first artist to cut her hair short and dye it black …. we could go on and on …. but what is the point? i’m sure other ppl did it before janet and madonna and gaga

FYI: Legendary rock group is releasing an album on Nov. 20. There last release debuted at number 1 selling 700k!!
