Britney Spears’ ‘Outrageous’ single cover
Did you know that R. Kelly wrote one of the songs on Britney Spears’ ‘In the Zone’ album?
R. Kelly wrote and produced the song ‘Outrageous’ for ‘In the Zone’ album of 2003. The song was initially slated to be the lead single from the LP but Spears pushed for the release of ‘Me Against the Music (Ft. Madonna)’ and ‘Toxic’ to be issued. So, ‘Outrageous’ was reserved as the project’s final offering instead.
Unfortunately, while filming the video for ‘Outrageous’ in 2004, Spears severely injured her knee. The accident is widely credited as the start of her dance ability’s decline as her performances became less driven by choreography since that time.
The video for ‘Outrageous’, which featured a cameo by Snoop Dogg, was never completed but several of the scenes filmed at the shoot were released to fans as bonus footage on the ‘Greatest Hits: My Prerogative’ DVD later in 2004. Watch some of those compiled clips below:

Britney used to be the shit!
I just listened to the song and i see why she wanted the other two to go first, it’s really not that hot and sounded like everything else on the radio at that time.

I remember this wholee period. If I’m correct the video was extremely delayed bc of her knew. Loved In the Zone. Oh how far they fall.
