Usher Honored By Miguel & Others On ’106 & Park’

Shortly before the list of nominations for the 2013 Grammy Awards were announced last evening, Usher was honored in another way by BET. An entire episode of ’106 & Park’ was dedicated to celebrating his remarkable legacy and several artists joined the festivities, including Miguel.

Throughout yesterday’s instalment of ’106 & Park’, Usher spoke about the recording of his biggest hits, iconic videos and memorable performances. He also chatted about the the entertainers who inspired him during his rise to fame, such as the late Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson.

To help pay tribute to Usher, Miguel surprised his fellow R&B crooner by personally visiting ’106 & Park’. Ironically, despite their respect for reach other, the pair will battle for the Best R&B Performance title at the Grammy Awards on February 10th as they nabbed nods for ‘Climax’ and ‘Adorn’, respectively.
