Nicki Minaj continues to take shots at Mariah Carey on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’.

With the ratings of American Idol declining rapidly, the producers of the show have set forth the well-trained Nicki Minaj to help save the sinking ship of a show. Taught to parrot the tales of her feud with Mariah Carey to anyone who would listen, the tropical rapper visited Jimmy Kimmel Live! to share her stories last evening.

In addition to live performances of “Va Va Voom” and “Freedom”, Minaj once again pressed the issue about her supposed problems with Carey. Those of you who actually watch American Idol would know that their explosive clash, which surfaced online last year, was conveniently edited out of the show, although it was highlighted in several advertisements. Talk about an anticlimax.

So, in a bid to keep American Idol viewers interested in future episodes, Minaj hinted at continuing tension between her and Carey, and that her nemesis really doesn’t like her. Remember when this show was about the contestants and not the antics of the judges?
