Now here is a singer with the accomplishments to match her hype. Without relying on media manipulation or Pepsi-sponsored propaganda, Pink has one again proven that she is one of the greatest artists of her generation as she has scored yet another major hit on the US charts. Respect that and bow down, bitches.
Pink’s latest single, “Just Give Me a Reason (Ft. Nate Ruess)”, has rocketed into the upper regions of the Billboard Hot 100. The song vaulted from #18 to #9 on the chart, thus earning the edgy diva her 14th career top 10 single and the 3rd such hit from her The Truth About Love album.
“Just Give Me a Reason” sold 171K downloads this week (up 40%) with 2.1 million online streams (up 86%) and 38 million audience impressions (up 43%). Don’t assume that Pink is just a singles artist, though, because platinum-certified The Truth About Love has sold over 1.21 million copies in the US alone.
