Chris Brown’s new press team deserves an award. Following an entire day of interviews yesterday, the singer-songwriter returned the spotlight this morning on The Breakfast Club and showed off the extent of his media training. Among the topics discussed were his relationships with Rihanna, Drake and Frank Ocean, and the artists signed to his roster.
Instead of getting angry and throwing a chair at The Breakfast Club hosts for asking him risqué questions, Brown kept his cool and actually had fun during their chat. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the segment was near the end when he was asked to explain his approach to managing young artists and he described the importance of development deals, which are actually rare in the industry today.
Less twitter outbursts, good music and intelligent interviews? This new Brown takes us back to 2007, before the testosterone from puberty messed with his mind. Watch him on The Breakfast Club below:
