Beyonce and Andre 3000 gave Amy Winehouse’s classic “Back to Black” a modern spin for The Great Gatsby soundtrack but Emeli Sande did the extreme opposite for the former’s own “Crazy in Love”. Teaming with The Bryan Ferry Orchestra, the singer laced the tune with brassy Swing section that stays true to the 1920s era of music.
The Great Gatsby soundtrack and score was executive produced by Jay-Z and will be available for pre-order on April 3rd, before arriving in stores on May 7th. The 17-track deluxe edition of the highly anticipated set will be sold exclusively at – you guessed it – Target. Other acts appearing on the soundtrack’s lineup include Fergie, Sia, Florence + the Machine, The xx, Gotye and Q-Tip.
