Mix a Curiosity Killed The Cat sample with some 1990s R& flavour and girl power, and you’ll get Little Mix’s “How Ya Doin’?”. However, what makes the song really standout is the guest verse by Missy Elliott, so imagine the excitement the girls caused by enlisting her for its accompanying video.

“How Ya Doin’?”, which will be released to iTunes on May 5th, is the latest single from Little Mix’s DNA debut album. The supporting video is the definition of a 1990s production with the included bright colours, over the top fashion and the Mary J. Blige step choreography.

Is “How Ya Doin’?” a hit? Judging by the fickle nature of UK audiences, anything is possible by Little Mix hasn’t failed with any of their singles yet so I wouldn’t bet against them. Watch the video below:
