Janelle Monae surely hasn’t wasted a minute regarding the promotion of her new song, “Q.U.E.E.N.”. In fact, in little over a week since the debut of the Erykah Badu-assited tune, the songstress has announced plans to premiere its accompanying video via BET 106 & Park and shared this first preview of the production.

“Q.U.E.E.N.” is the lead offering from Monae’s upcoming The Electric Lady album, which is due for release later this year. The song’s accompanying video will debut on 106 & Park on May 1st. Watch a glimpse of the clip, featuring Monae in her signature tuxedo, below:
