The 2013 Billboard Music Awards are being held this evening at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and dozens of the music superstars are in attendance. From Nicki Minaj to Chris Brown and Jennifer Lopez, the entertainers have turned out to celebrate a year of chart achievements.
