Drake is straight thuggin’

“Would you like some music?” Drake asked his fans who were just about to hop into bed following a busy night of night partying. In the early hours of Saturday morning, the rapper announced the release date of his new album, Nothing Was the Same, and shared a pair of new songs, one of which features J. Cole.

Nothing Was the Same will arrive in stores on September 17. Following to its release, Drake will kickoff his 42-city Would You Like a Tour shows on September 25 with the assistance of Miguel and Future. However, Drake’s fans won’t have to wait that long to hear more new music.

To further increase anticipation for Nothing Was the Same, Drake shared the songs “Jodeci Freestyle (Ft. J. Cole)” and “The Motion (Ft. Sampha)”. Listen to both track below:
