2013 Hot 97 Summer Jam

We’ve officially arrived at the middle of the year and that means it’s time for the 2013 Hot 97 Summer Jam concert. Presented live from Met Life Stadium in New York, the event will feature performances by a range of Hip-Hop heavyweights as well as reported surprise appearances by Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj.

Action Bronson, A$AP Ferg, Bodega Bamz, Joey Bada$$, Vinny Chase, Troy Ave, Smoke DZA, Kid Ink and Radamiz will all hit the festival stage from 2:30pm ET to hype the gathering crowd. 6:00 p.m. The main event will kickoff later at 6pm ET with confirmed showings by Chris Brown, Miguel, French Montana, Wu-Tang Clan, Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Fabolous, Wale, 2 Chainz, and Joe Budden.

Carey hinted via Twitter that she will have a “#Beautiful weekend at Summer Jam, thus leading many of her fans to believe that she will perform her new single, which is called “#Beautiful”, with Miguel at the show. Furthermore, both Minaj and her Young Money partner Drake appear on the roster of guest acts for the show.
