TLC turn back time.

Do the ladies of TLC have what it takes to forge a comeback? Well, today at the 2013 MTV VMA in Japan they gave us a chance to see if they still have the edge that made them the best-selling girl group in US history, even without the late great Left Eye in their ranks.

T-Boz and Chillie danced up a storm as they performed a medley of their biggest hits, including “Silly Ho”, “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg”, “What About Your Friends”, “Baby-Baby-Baby”, “Diggin’ on You”, “Unpretty”, “No Scrubs” and “Waterfalls.” Left Eye was their in spirit as her family looked on from the audience.

“Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes is our sister. She lives on forever in this group, TLC,” said Chilli. “I want to give a shout-out to her family that came here to support us. I know she’s smiling right now. I know she has a hand in us continuing on and she’s missed, but she’s never forgotten.”
