Jessie J’s ‘Alive’ album cover

Despite receiving less than stellar reviews for her new music, Jessie J is moving full speed ahead with plans to release her latest album, Alive. Featuring the singles “Wild” and “It’s My Party”, the record will hit stores on September 23rd in the UK and September 24th in the US.

The Big Sean and Dizzee Rascal-assisted “Wild” peaked at #5 on the Official UK Singles Chart but failed to crack the Billboard Hot 100. “It’s My Party”, on the other hand, has yet to be fully released, and will impact digital retailers in the UK on September 15.

Strangely, Jessie J has yet to execute any major promotion beyond the festival circuit to support her new material. Instead, she has been unusually quiet – a very difficult feat for the boisterous singer – and has yet to provide any details of her plans to get the Alive project off the ground.
