Do you still care about Kelly Rowland’s Talk a Good Game album? Well, she thinks that we are still interested in the record after all this time that she wasted participating in exercise video, filming The X Factor (US) and ignoring her music. In fact, Rowland has even announced a new single.
While chatting with On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Rowland revealed that the next Talk a Good Game single will be “Gone (Ft. Wiz Khalifa)”. The song will follow “Kisses Down Low” and the controversial “I Love Beyonce” “Dirty Laundry”, neither of which charted higher than #72 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Listen to Rowland discuss her plans for the “Gone” video, which she plans to have fellow X Factor (US) judge Demi Lovato direct, on Ryan Seacrest below:
Since being released on June 18, Talk a Good Game has sold only 139,000 copies in the US. Rowland seemingly abandoned the record when auditions for the upcoming fall season of X Factor kicked off. The failing show will premiere on September 11 and 12 on Fox at 8pm.
Of course, I spoke at length about the lack of promotion Rowland did for Talk a Good Game in the latest episode of Trini Trent TV. Be sure to watch it below to hear my full views:
