Did you know that despite his many accomplishments on the album charts, Justin Bieber has yet to score a #1 song the Billboard Hot 100?

Bieber has scored five #1 albums on the Billboard 200 – My World 2.0, Never Say Never: The Remixes, Under the Mistletoe, Believe and Believe Acoustic – but he has failed to mirror that success on the Hot 100. In fact, none of his songs have topped the chart.

To date, Bieber’s best-performing single is the triple platinum “Boyfriend”, which stalled where it debuted at #2 on the Hot 100 in 2012. The song opened with 521,000 downloads sold in its first week but still couldn’t best “We Are Young” by fun. and Janelle Monae.

Ironically, Bieber is often compared to Michael Jackson but the latter nabbed thirteen #1 hits on the Hot 100 throughout his career, ranking him third among all acts. Watch the video for Bieber’s “Boyfriend” below:
