Strange things happen in New York City but this news certainly earned the title for being the most random. Last evening, Nicki Minaj was honored as the Songwriter of the Year at the 2013 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards – try to imagine my expression while I typed that – and Trina paid tribute to her by performing “Moment 4 Life”.
