Monica has been teasing her fans with glimpses of her ‘Anything (To Find You)’ video. However, after weeks of taunting, the R&B singer has finally released the retro visual in its entirety.
Monica previously gave us a behind the scenes look at her upcoming ‘Anything (To Find You)’ video and now she has issued yet another glimpse of the production. The song is the first to be released from her upcoming ‘New Life’ album, which will debut on November 8th.
Hip Hollywood caught up with Monica on the set of her Chris Robinson-directed video for ‘Anything (To Find You) (Ft. Rick Ross)’. The R&B singer used the opportunity to discuss the development of the record, Lil Kim’s removal from the final version and her ‘New Life’ album, which will hit stores on October 4th.
The Asian formerly known as Lil Kim got some form of justice today when her full verse on Monica’s ‘Anything (To Find You)’ was released. The rapper’s contribution to the song was notoriously nixed from the final version of the single when clearance for her use of a Notorious B.I.G sample was denied.
Cue the crocodile tears. Monica has addressed the news that Lil Kim’s verse was removed from her new single, ‘Anything (To Find You)’, claiming that she had no clue when the decision was made.
Lil Kim continues to slip deeper into the black hole of irrelevancy. The Asian impersonator’s verse has been nixed from Monica’s new single, ‘Anything (To Find You) (Ft. Rick Ross)’, halting her hopes of achieving a comeback.
