The producers at MTV have been catering to the silly viewers of shows such as Jersey Shore and Teen Mom for so long that they’ve completely lost touch fans of quality music. Damn, just when it seemed as though Rita Ora’s cheap music was left in 2012, she has found a way to creep through the cracks. Opening 2013 in her usual style, the inescapable Pop star appeared on the Top of the Pops New Year’s Eve special to perform her UK hit song, “R.I.P.”.
“Hey, it’s the holiday season and I bet it will be a very cute idea to cover Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You”! After all, it’s a very simple song, right?” Rita Ora imagined before performing the song on Germany’s The Dome and later realising that she have just stuck to singing […]

Aside from failing to score a hit in the US, life has certainly been working in Rita Ora’s favour. After meeting her idol, Gwen Stefani, on ‘The X Factor (UK)’, the Roc Nation singer shared the spotlight with the Spice Girls on ‘Alan Carr: Chatty Man’.
