UK Charts: Beyonce Lands Second UK #1 Album With ’4′

Thank you Glastonbury. With added push from the massive music festival, Beyonce’s ’4′ roars onto the the UK Albums Chart at #1, becoming her 2nd #1 album on the tally.

’4′ debuts at the lineup peak, giving Beyonce her 2nd chart-topper since her 1st solo release, ‘Dangerously In Love’. As an added bonus from her recent promotional efforts, the singer’s previous LP, ‘I Am Sasha Fierce’, rebounds 89 spots from #127 to #38.

Beyonce’s also scores a win on the Official UK Singles Chart as ‘Best Thing I Never Had’ nabs the #3 position on the tally. The track is now her 10th UK top 10 single.

    @Rihbaby, all of her albums have gone platinum in this UK and this one is selling better than both B’day, I AM and Dangerously in love and sold more than the top 3 combined. THis is album is going 4xplatinum, no question! Also you should know that very few pop or RnB acts get number 1 albums in the UK , you must be talking about singles.
