Jennifer Hudson gets into the grove with her Diane-Martel-directed video for ‘No One Gonna Love You’. The track, which is the 2nd US single from her ‘I Remember Me’ LP, has thus far peaked at #42 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Although this was certainly a solid video, I still question the viability of this track as a single. The song definitely has potential to do moderately well on the Urban formats but Hudson should be aiming for more success Top 40 radio and ‘Don’t Look Down’ would have bee a terrific choice to achieve that goal.
Besides, ‘I Remember Me’ has yet to pass the 400k mark and has only shipped gold. Just a thought.

I like the concept and the song. I think the video will push the song UP the charts on urban formats but i dont know about Billboard 100. Time will tell. I hope she releases more song off this album because its has some bangers that need to be seen the light of day

They did send “Don’t Look Down” to Urban AC but it didn’t catch on. Hopefully, this song will catch on. So far so good
