Mariah Carey took a break from her busy recording schedule this weekend to visit one of her close musical friends. Joined by her husband Nick Cannon and her rapidly growing young twins, the diva reportedly checked Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz in Los Angeles.
Carey is currently crafting material for her new studio album, which will hit stores later this year, so maybe she has a collaboration with Keys in the works. Do you think the pair should work together?

She does look tired, maybe because she’s been working on her album? Who knows.
I didn’t know her & Alicia were that close. About working together? Hmm, it seems a good idea, both are excellent songwriters and could come up with a great song. I stated before I’d love to hear Mimi working with another female singer/songwriter, I always wondered why she didn’t duet with Carole King on Emotions. If it’s over was too much for Carole’s voice but they could have written another one. Whatever, looking forward to hearing Mariah’s material. Can’t wait.

Why in the world would Mariah ever work with Alicia OFFKeys? Mariah is known to be very technical and I’m not sure she would be able to take all over Alicia’s screaching pitchy ass.
And I hope she is keeping a good eye on Nick while she is there. We don’t need that man theifing ho snatching her man too. No Mam, No Ham, No turkey.
