New Video: KeKe Palmer – ‘Dance Alone’

KeKe Palmer stars in her new ‘Dance Alone’ video.

KeKe Palmer is definitely forming into a courageous woman. Today, the young songstress has released the visual to the second single from her self-titled mixtape, which will be issued later this summer, entitled ‘Dance Alone’.

Palmer is still working on her sophomore album which has been slated to arrive by the end of 2012. She previously released the visual to ‘You Got Me’, featuring Kevin McCall. Watch Palmer’s ‘Dance Alone’ video below:

Palmer is definitely a talented young woman. However, while ‘Dance Alone’ allowed her to showcase her dancing skills, it would’ve been wise for her to save her money for something that will have a bigger impact on the charts instead of this weak song.

   I really want her to learn not over use her mouth. I super pleased she knows how to annunciate but her mouth action just becomes so irritating after a while. This, her over acting and a sucky song…. saying that, she is stunning and this was a pleasant visual.

   Trent this is the 2nd time you have said she is working on a 2nd LP….let’s try 3rd. I like Keke as an actress. While her voice reminds of a poor man’s Brandy, her dance skills are weak. She seemed awkward, and random. Cute song. The push-up bra and invisible part was not needed here. Maybe Keke should write for other artist. I also, would like for her to work on her mouth gestures. The video is not directed good, the camera is everywhere. When dancing, it must showcase the full body and still. This isnt some action film, where we need a million different angles.

   Some people tend to be negative just so they can feel like a critic. Have several seats. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with her dancing. The song is okay but the video is HOTTT! And its to promote a mixtape….so who’s going to make a million dollar video for a free CD? Get your life…outside of blogs

   awwww. Keke is all grown now… this song is really really weak… I want her to get some better producers/songwriters……..

   having said that…. this girl can dance & sing. she is also the BEST actress of her generation… nominated for a SAG award at 9 yrs old.

   I want her to win tho… get u some producers girl.

    im seeing some Ciara steeze here! Her dancing was vvvv good though! But isnt this the same girl Black Girls Rock and the whole block of BET said that she was an inspiration for not doing the typical video girl movement…. oh…ok
