Britney Spears and Simon Cowell visit ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’.

The new season of ‘The X Factor (US)’ will premiere on September 12th and Simon Cowell is determined to ensure that this new era of the show will be more successful than last year’s round. So, joined by fellow judge Britney Spears, the media mogul visited ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’ to promote the series.

This wasn’t a regular press appearance, though. Chatting about another competition reality show, ‘The Voice’, Cowell shared his disgust with the unethical tactics by his competitors to outperform ‘The X Factor (US)’ by adding an extra episode to their schedule in an effort to suppress viewership of the series.

However, this episode of ‘Ellen’ wasn’t all about doom and gloom. A rather reserved Spears let loose for a short while as she learned a fun new dance alongside the funny host. Watch all the action below:
