Faith Evans is the only real diva on the ‘R&B Divas’ show so it’s only fitting that she nabs all the slots from the corresponding compilation album. The latest offering from the set is the bubbly and catchy ‘Dumb’, which features the singer bouncing over an infectious beat.
The previous release from ‘R&B Divas’ was the Claude Kelly-penned ‘Tears of Joy’. ‘Dumb’ is next in line to be serviced to Urban Adult Contemporary radio during the coming weeks. Listen to the song below:
Although the tone of Evans’ is usually difficult for many listeners to appreciate, it actually works on ‘Dumb’. Also, the song is fun and energetic as a welcome change of pace from Evans’ usual material. Perhaps she she consider crafting more records like this song for her next solo album.

What u mean the tone of Faith is difficult to appreciate. Not for me, I have all of her cd’s and she is criminally underrated. Her vocals, arrangement & writing are on point! This is a kool song and something different for her and yes she is the real DIVA on R&B divas, but I love them all.
Difficult to appreciate??? You’ve got to be kidding. Faith is a WELL respected vocalist. She may not have been a top seller, but her vocals and vocal arrangements will not be denied!!
