Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer’s ‘No More Tears’ single cover

Did you know that Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer recorded the first duet by two female artists to top the Billboard Hot 100?

Long before Brandy and Monica’s ‘The Boy is Mine’, Streisand and Summer’s ‘No More Tears (Enough is Enough)’ was the first duet by two women to top the Hot 100. The song was released in 1979 and climbed to the top of the chart during the week of November 24th of that year where it remained for two weeks. ’No More Tears’ also peaked at #3 on the Official UK Singles Chart.
