New Song: Alicia Keys – ‘Unlock Yourself’

Alicia Keys surprised her fans moments ago with the release of a new song called ‘Unlock Yourself’. However, the record doesn’t appear on the track list of the former good singer’s upcoming ‘Girl on Fire’ album. Rather, the tune was recorded to commemorate the issue of her ‘The Journals of Mama Mae & LeeLee’ app.
‘Mama Mae & LeeLee’ allows users to play music, write in a journal and have fun in the interactive bedroom of main character, LeeLee. Sadly, Keys’ voice sounds rough in this fantasy world as well. Listen to ‘Unlock Yourself’ below:
At this point, Keys is not a singer; she is just a piano play who tries to hit a few notes. At least, that’s what I tell myself in a bid not to write her a letter and beg her to seek medical attention. Now you know why she didn’t make the list of the 16 Best Singers of the Last 16 Years.
