JoJo’s fans have been waiting patiently for her chronically delayed third studio album but while she continues to battle with her label to secure a release date, the songbird has offered a form of consolation. In December, she will issue a mixtape called ‘Agape’.
Set to be released on December 20th, ‘Agape’ will be a reflection of JoJo personal journey. “This mixtape is meant to be experienced when you have 27-28 minutes to go on a little journey with me and listen to some stories,” she stated via her Twitter page. “There are interludes, outerludes, random shit, my dad playing harmonica and a conversation between my whole family at Thanksgiving.”
The first single from ‘Agape’ will hit the airwaves later today. Until then, listen to the ill-fated ‘Demonstate’ song from her full studio album below:

Im checking for this. I feel sorry for her, much more talented than the other industry hoes who have better labels.
There has to be a way she can sue to get out of her contract with flopground records.
There might be. I think JoJo needs to obtain a copy of her contract, there has to be a clause within there that allows her to be released from the label if the label is not doing their job. I’m sure there is some type of law on the books that will allow her to gain a release.
She needs to leave Blackground.

Like I said before…she needs to take a note from Teena Marie and get “That Brockert Initiative” that Lady T used and get going. Blackground is a dirty pack of fools.
