Did you know that Pink launched her career as a member of an R&B girl group?
When she was 16 years of age, Pink was the lead singer of a girl group called Choice. The trio was first signed to LaFace Records by LA Reid and they were in the process of recording their debut album when they disbanded in 1998.
However, one of Choice’s songs, ‘Key to My Heart’, did get released as part of the soundtrack of Shaquille O’Neal’s ‘Kazaam’ movie in 1996. Listen to the track, which sounds strikingly similar to the music of Xscape, below:
