Did you know that the Backstreet Boys’ ‘Millennium’ sold 10 million copies in the US faster than any other album since 1991?
‘Millenium’ debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 during the week of May 23rd 1999 and sold a then recordĀ 1.134 million copies in its opening frame. 40 weeks later, on February 20th 2000, the album crossed the 10 million sales mark; a feat that no other album released during the SoundScan era (1991 to present) has matched to date.
