Did you know that Raven-Symone released her debut album when she was seven years of age?
Raven-Symone issued her ‘Here’s to New Dreams’ album in June 1993 when she was only seven years of age. The record was a commercial disappointment and failed to chart on the Billboard 200. To date, it has sold less than 100K copies in the US.
Interestingly, the lead single from ‘Here’s to New Dreams’, ‘That’s What Little Girls Are Made Of’, was co-written by Missy Elliott. The song remains Raven-Symone’s biggest hit as a solo artist after it peaked at #68 on the Billboard Hot 100.
