As the temperature in various parts of the world continues to drop, Caribbean Heat is here to keep you sweating. This week’s selection is a new song called ‘Trinidadian’ by Kes the Band frontman Kes and the tempo is literally red hot!
‘Trinidadian’ was produced by Andrew ‘Hitz’ Philips for the upcoming 2013 Trinidad Carnival season, which kicks off immediately after Christmas. Incorporating drums, brass, bass and Trinidad & Tobago’s national instrument, the steel pan, this song is a heart-racing tribute to the country’s exciting culture of freedom.
