Did you know that Celine Dion has won five Grammy Awards throughout her career?
Since she was first nominated in 1993, Dion has taken home five Grammys in various fields. Her most notable win, however, was the Album of the Year trophy that she won in 1997 for her 11x platinum ‘Falling Into You’ album.
Dion’s monster hit ‘My Heart Will Go On’ was a recurrent winner in 1999 when it was honored with the Grammys for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media. Of course, Dion was only given the trophies for Record of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance because similar to most of her hits, she did not co-write ‘My Heart’.
