Nicki Minaj’s ‘Stupid Hoe’ video is so horrible that over 293K members of the voting YouTube audience have thus far given the clip a negative rating. However, the rapper won’t have to worry about receiving poor reviews on BET because the network executives have banned the airing of the visual.
The reasoning for the dismissal of ‘Stupid Hoe’ by BET heads has not been thoroughly explained but they did indicated that it was simply too explicit for their viewers. MTV, on the other hand, has continued to air the video. Minaj has yet to comment on the BET ban.

‘Stupid Hoe’ is absolute tripe and should have been banned on the basis of horrible content but I will accept the reasoning of the BET executives. That is not the type of message that Minaj should be sending to her young and easily manipulated “barbies.” Honestly, if Minaj wants to act like a bobble head then she should sit on the dashboard of somebody’s car and bop to the beat.
Judging by the ratings of the ‘Stupid Hoe’ video on YouTube, the world clearly agrees:
The hypocrisy. Regarding your post, its not her job to be a role model. I agree she shouldn’t jump at it so eagerly, but at the same time, having young fans doesn’t mean you should restrict yourself. She has no kids.
More importantly, when sensored the song barely consists of any lyrics…. the song only becomes even more redundant.
It should be banned from television, period. never seen or heard such nonsense in my life.
I only like this song when it comes on in the club…. that’s it
BET and MTV show videos?
look at the amount of views though o.o
It has a lot of views because Nicki Minaj is a character with some talent and people were curious to see what she would bring. The negative response is the world’s way of saying ” not much”
