Just when it seemed as though Nicki Minaj had forgotten how to rap, she rediscovered her roots in a new song called ‘Champion’. The telling record features Drake, Young Jeezy and Nas, and it will appear on Minaj’s upcoming ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’ album, which hits stores on April 3rd.
Minaj also dropped impressive bars on DJ Khaled’s ‘Take it to the Head’. The song also included appearances by Chris Brown, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne.

Let us give thanks and praise that Minaj is back to doing what she does best. Do you hear how good she is without Dance music breaks or a whacky voices? She sounds like a true MC on ‘Champion’ without all the fluff, thus proving that ‘Stupid Hoe’, ‘Roman Holiday’ and all the other filth of the last few months were just examples of pure laziness.

Nicki minaj album is garbage! Theres only two songs that make it and thats Right by my side and Champion! Buy this single on itunes but not the album
Are you FREAKING serious? Nicki has 50 seconds on this track. She is featuring on her own song. How you gon get on a track with Nas and not go verse-to-verse. She chickened out and left it up to Drake and Nas to give her a hit. Her verse is more hip hop than Starship but in no way something that should go on a Nas track!
too many features, how is she going to perform this live? Anyway, it’s still better than what she has released so far.
The song is okay. I wish she would stop trying to sing though.
